The first video is a Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep). Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation and relaxation technique that leads you into a state of conscious deep sleep. It's often practiced lying down, and the practitioner is guided through various stages of relaxation and awareness. Despite its name, it's not a form of physical yoga but rather a form of mental relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is perfect for aiding sleep onset or returning to sleep if you wake during the night. It is also beneficial for an afternoon practice to alleviate stress and promote relaxation.

The second video is a restorative yoga pose. Restorative yoga is a passive form of yoga that involves holding gentle, supported poses for extended periods, typically with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks. It aims to release tension and promote deep relaxation.
