Bomedemstat does sound interesting specifically for treatment of ET.
However, I might want to wait a tad longer as yet. The speaker (Dr.) mentions in the You Tube Link, (you provided). That Phase III studies have not yet been concluded...
Hence, all the results are still in the pipe-line, so to speak...
But sounds promising all the same...
