Morning All...
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – MICROSOFT TEAMS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED
Due to circumstances beyond my / our control, I have as of today decided to make an Executive decision to Cancel Our (Microsoft TEAMS) subscription, as I was totally unable to utilise the system to set up our future Cafe Catchup Meetings.
For the Interim, we shall migrate back to the FREE ZOOM account, (40 minute Meetings only), as their Subscriptions are X4 that of the TEAMS monthly $ rate, and I personally found that as unacceptable.
I shall commence in earnest a search for something better... However, not sure what if anything out there will actually suit our needs... ???
Happy to hear any ideas any of you might have... Please advise of any possible suggestions guys...
After several attempts to try to speak w/ Microsoft, I have now simply yielded as it was all too difficult etc.
Naturally, I apologise for this inconvenience and will advise once I have found a better 'work around' so to speak...
Best wishes all...
Steve

Re: SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – MICROSOFT TEAMS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED
You might like to have a look at:
viber - allows up to 60 members in a group video call. It's free for personal use.
whatsapp - allows up to 32 members to a group video call. It's free.
slack - allows "group huddles" with the Pro version - about $7 - $8 per month.
All support windows desktop and smart phone versions.
I haven't used any of these in this way so you probably want to conduct your own testing. I used to use slack with a previous employer and I found it quite unintuitive.
Good luck.
