Another very exciting trial underway:

Extract: "...provide greater efficacy with disease modification compared to all currently approved JAK2 inhibitors, including ruxolitinib, which bind the Type I conformation of JAK2. Additionally, AJ1-11095 has been shown in preclinical studies to reverse marrow fibrosis, reduce mutant allele burden, and maintain efficacy against MPN cells that become resistant to chronic Type I JAK2 inhibition."

Hi & morning Pete... ;-)

Sounds a very interesting read... I am guessing that based upon your description, that this may ONLY apply to the people w/ a JAK2 mutation, is that correct? Or is it for any one w/ a Driver mutation that is affected by the JAK-Stat neural pathway?

I will come back and read it all later, however, I have a few things on just atm... Sounds really interesting!

Hope to see you tomorrow night at the MPN Specialist Cafe Catchup w/ Dr Cecily...

Best wishes to you & yours for the coming festive season also...

Hi again Pete...

Really sorry that you were not able to make the meeting w/ Dr Cecily, it was quite a meeting w/ over 20 attendees...

By the way, I've had a very quick look at the 'Link' you've provided, and thus far, this is merely a 'News Release' as opposed to a 'peer–reviewed' scientifically presented article, by the media group for 'Ajax Therapeutics' who are indeed conducting some marketing for their own product, at this juncture, and in my view...

While that in itself may not negate their claims, there does appear to be some conflict of interest at this point in time, again in my view...

Let's hope that it does indeed pan out to be a bona fide claim and not something else...

Best wishes to you & your Pete for the coming festive season...

Best regards

Steve
